Nació en Grottaglie, Italia, el 2 de febrero de 1985.

Ordenado Sacerdote el 11 de junio de 2010.

Estudiante de Antropología teológica y Vicario en la Parroquia del Espíritu Santo, Diócesis de Taranto (2009-2010).

Doctorado en Derecho Canónico en la Universidad Pontificia Lateranense de Roma.

Entró en el servicio diplomático de la Santa Sede el 1 de julio de 2015. Ha sido destinado a la Representación Pontificia en Liberia, Sierra Leona y Gambia (2015-2019).

Desde julio de 2019 es Secretario de la Nunciatura Apostólica en Colombia.

Además de su lengua de origen (italiano) conoce inglés, francés y español.
